noelcollections (noelcollections.com) is a place to put photographs and share them. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. your account
You need an account to upload, comment or heart anything. Keep your password to yourself — what happens under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or the law.
2. what you upload
Your photographs stay yours. By uploading them you confirm you have the right to, and you give us permission to store, resize and display them on the site — nothing more. We do not sell your photographs, license them to anyone else, or use them outside noelcollections.
3. what is public
Uploaded photographs, collections, comments and your nickname are visible to everyone, including people who are not logged in. There is no private mode. Do not upload anything you are not willing to have seen, copied or linked to.
4. removing things
You can delete your own collections and your own comments at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account — see the privacy policy. We may remove anything that infringes someone's copyright, breaks the law, or is abusive. If something of yours has been removed and you think that was wrong, email us.
5. money
The site sells nothing and takes no payments. There is no revenue share and nothing to refund. If that ever changes, these terms will be updated first and you will be asked before anything of yours is sold.
6. no guarantees
The site is provided as it is. We back up its data and take reasonable care of it, but we cannot promise it will always be available, or that a file will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you care about. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site.
7. changes
These terms may change; the date above changes with them, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version. Any dispute is governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence.
